Privacy notice

Homemoria processes your account email, password hash or Google account identifier, sign-in sessions, home setup details, uploaded documents, extracted information, questions and answers to operate Homemoria. Each account has a separate archive.

When you use Google sign-in, we request your email and Google account identifier. We do not request access to your Google Drive or Gmail. Account emails are delivered through Resend. Reset and verification links expire and can only be used once.

Your documents, questions and relevant home context are sent to the AI providers used by this installation (OpenAI and Anthropic) when needed to process documents and answer questions. Connected Home Assistant details are stored with your home and used for the features you enable. This is not end-to-end encrypted storage.

Paddle processes billing details as merchant of record. Homemoria stores subscription and transaction identifiers and payment status; card details are handled by Paddle. Home documents and conversations are not included in checkout data.

We use essential cookies for sign-in and Google authorization. The app also uses browser storage for drafts, cached views, account changes and notification preferences. Paddle may use cookies necessary for its checkout. Your archive is retained when you cancel a subscription so you can resume later.

Contact support to request a copy, correction or deletion of your account data, or to ask about retention and processing. Billing records may need to be retained for statutory obligations. Canceling a subscription and requesting archive deletion are separate actions.

Support contact will be published before subscriptions open.
